Time for a change?
lately I have been visiting several house under construction here in PP. They usual follow almost the same scheme: site 12m x 30m.
The house leaves a set back of 2m on the side and on the back and has parking lot in the front.
The house is usual made of one volume 8m x 20m with no internal patio.
It would seem more interesting to explore an introverted scheme with internal patio. room and space face this void.
The patio brings light and air, and cools the temperature.
